Clement Bottino

Clement Bottino is an HR Specialist with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently employed at the City of Lakeland since November 2016, Clement focuses on employee engagement and development, overseeing new employee onboarding and compliance training programs. Previously, as the Director of Human Resources for Advance Auto Parts from November 2003 to April 2016, Clement directed the HR function for multiple regions and collaborated closely with senior leadership on strategic planning and talent management. Clement also served as Vice President of Human Resources at Discount Auto Parts, managing a comprehensive HR function for a regional automotive parts supplier. Additionally, Clement held the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at Discount Auto Parts, leading store operations across several states. Clement holds a BA in Psychology from the University of South Florida.
