Samyukta I. is an HR - Employee Services Specialist at UG2, managing the offboarding process and coordinating unemployment claims since November 2023. With previous experience as a Cultural Research Intern at Quilt.AI and an HR - Digital Transformation Intern at TriNet, Samyukta has developed strong analytical and collaborative skills, facilitating market research and change management initiatives. Prior roles include editing psychology manuscripts at Cactus Communications and interning at Microchip Technology Inc. and Ramaiah Memorial Hospital, where foundational skills in training and clinical psychology were cultivated. Samyukta holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University and another in Social and Organizational Psychology from the University of Exeter, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Honors) from Christ University, Bangalore.
