Mark Farrington SPHR SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Their most recent position was as the Director of Human Resources & Civil Services at the City of Lakeland, where they were responsible for designing and implementing policies, processes, and programs to create a positive work environment for 23K employees. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at the City of Lake Worth, where they guided organizational change and transformation and achieved successes in negotiations and acquisitions. Mark Farrington also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for eight years, holding various roles including Director of Human Resources and Director of Diversity/Inclusion.

Mark Farrington SPHR SHRM-SCP completed their high school education in 1972 from Lower Merion, where they obtained a High School Diploma in the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Afterward, from 1972 to 1976, they pursued their Bachelor's degree at PennWest California, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology/Business.
