Mike Smith

Mike Smith is a seasoned GIS professional with over 30 years of experience in the Geographic Information Systems field. Currently serving as a GIS Software Specialist at the City of Lakeland since April 2011, Mike also contributes to Habitat Restoration & Wildlife Protection Services, LLC as a GIS Tech. Previous roles include GIS Specialist at PENN PRO, Inc. from June 2002 to June 2009, and Sr. GIS Tech at Polk County BoCC from December 1993 to June 2002. Mike holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Polk State College and is a graduate of Bartow Sr. High.
