Natalie Gallon has extensive experience in the Parks & Recreation Department for the City of Lakeland, having served since June 1989 in various roles, currently as Recreation Supervisor III and Director of Building. In this capacity, Natalie oversees the planning and execution of recreational activities, manages staff, and collaborates with schools and community organizations to enhance programs. Additionally, as the Lakeland Martin Luther King, Jr. Parade Coordinator, responsibilities include managing parade logistics and ensuring successful event execution. Earlier career roles include Recreation Supervisor I and Playground Instructor, where Natalie focused on program administration and summer camp operations, respectively. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Florida.
