Justin Miller

Justin Miller possesses extensive experience in municipal administration, currently serving as City Administrator for the City of Lakeville since December 2014. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of City Administrator for the City of Mendota Heights from December 2011 to December 2014, and for the City of Falcon Heights from June 2006 to December 2011. Justin's career in city management began as Assistant City Manager for the City Of Chanhassen from June 2002 to June 2006, followed by a role as Management Assistant for the City of Des Moines from May 2000 to May 2002. Justin Miller holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration from Austin College.
