Kelly Dunne

Kelly Dunne, P.E., PTOE is a seasoned transportation engineering professional with extensive experience in traffic operations and planning. Currently serving as the Transportation Engineering Manager at the City of Lakewood since February 2024, Kelly previously held the position of Traffic Operations & Planning Manager at Jefferson County, Colorado from October 2019 to February 2024, along with prior roles as Traffic Operations Supervisor and Traffic Operations Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as a Transportation Project Manager and Project Engineer at the City of Naperville from May 2015 to October 2019, as well as working as a Design Engineer at Civiltech from January 2014 to May 2015. Kelly holds both a Master of Science (MS) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 2013 and 2012, respectively.
