Claudia Dillinger

Claudia Dillinger, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Claudia most recently served as the Human Resources Director for the City of Lakewood, Ohio since April 2020. Prior to that, they were a Civil Service Commissioner for the City of Westlake, Ohio starting from February 2020.

Before their role in Lakewood, Dillinger was the Human Resources Director for the City of Elyria from August 2017 to April 2020. Claudia also worked as a Human Resource Manager for the City of Macedonia from June 2015 to August 2017.

Dillinger has additional experience as an Executive Assistant for the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections from August 2013 to June 2015. Claudia also served as the Human Resource Director for the City of Athens, Ohio from April 2011 to August 2013.
