Andrew Noga

Andrew Noga has over 25 years of experience in various roles related to code enforcement, emergency operations, and engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Code Enforcement and Emergency Operations with the City of Lancaster since October 2005, Andrew has also held positions such as Emergency Services Administrator and Project Coordinator for Emergency Operations. Prior to joining the City of Lancaster, Andrew worked at the United States Department of Defense as a GIS Specialist from May 1999 to October 2005 and spent nearly nine years at Northrop Grumman Corporation as an Engineering Technician. Andrew Noga holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Redlands, completed between 1999 and 2002.
