Frank Lujan

Frank Lujan, PMP, is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a diverse background in municipal projects. Currently serving as an Engineer for the City of Lancaster since June 2021 and as a Project Manager for the City of Pasadena since October 2019, Frank has previously held project management roles at Pavement Engineering Inc, the City of Oxnard, and the City of Santa Clarita. Notably, Frank contributed as a Public Works Project Manager and Construction Manager for the City of Santa Clarita from 2007 to 2018, focusing on pavement preservation and concrete rehabilitation programs. Frank began a career in project engineering at Warmington Homes California from 1999 to 2007 and is an alumnus of California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
