Joe Haggard

Joe Haggard currently serves as the Assistant Director of Finance and IT for the City of Lancaster, a position held since May 2021. Previously, Joe held various roles within the City of Victorville from July 2003 to May 2021, including Technology Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing the Technology Division and managing city-wide information systems. Early career experiences include positions at Arrowhead Credit Union as a CUSO Application Specialist and Caltrans as a Network Support Intern. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Information Technology from the University of La Verne, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from California State University-San Bernardino, and an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems from Victor Valley Community College.
