Nigel Holly

Nigel Holly, MBA, currently serves as the Commissioner for the City of Lancaster's Human Relations Tapestry Commission since May 2015, focusing on community celebration and inclusion. As Program Director for Pathways for Success (AVEA) since September 2014, Nigel has developed and implemented life coaching-based mentoring programs for challenged youth, overseeing various educational and skills development initiatives. Previous roles include Controller and Consultant at Murrell's Farm & Boy's Home and Chief Financial Officer at Harvest Community Development Group, where Nigel contributed to fiscal policy creation and community development respectively. An extensive background in the loan industry includes positions as Branch Manager and Senior Branch Manager for Accelerated Funding and Apex Lending, Inc. Nigel holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
