Kyla Moore Msa

Kyla Moore, MSA, currently serves as the Deputy Director of Human Resources for the City of Lansing, Michigan, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kyla was the Human Resources Director for Delta Township from April 2022 to June 2023. Kyla's extensive experience in human resources also includes a lengthy tenure as the Human Resources Manager for the State of Michigan, which spanned from February 2011 to April 2022.
