R. Regina W. currently serves as the Principal HR Hiring Specialist (Team Lead) for the City of Lansing Department of Human Resources since January 2016. In this role, R. Regina W. provides supervisory leadership to the Hiring team while supporting various city departments, including the Lansing Fire Department and Lansing Parks and Recreation Department, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment and personnel practices. R. Regina W. has been with the City of Lansing Michigan Department of Human Resources since June 1999, previously working as an HR Specialist assisting multiple city departments with recruitment and personnel placement, and as a Personnel Assistant/Recruiting Specialist, facilitating HR functions prior to the consolidation of the HR departments.
