Jukka-Pekka Lätti

Jukka-Pekka Lätti has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Jukka-Pekka started their career as a Trainee at Tampereen kaupunki - City of Tampere in 2011, followed by a position as a Planning Officer in the same company from 2012-2013. In 2014, they worked as a Project Specialist at Sitra, focusing on a specific project. Later that year, they joined Outokummun kaupunki as a Development Director, where they took on various responsibilities such as coordinating well-being, communication, and safety initiatives. In addition, they acted as a deputy to the administration and finance director and the city manager. they held this role until 2022. From 2016 to 2022, Lätti served as a Board Member at Matkakumpu Oy Ltd., contributing to the company's strategic decisions. In 2022, they became the Head of Administration at the City of Lappeenranta.

Jukka-Pekka Lätti completed their Master's degree in Public Administration from Tampere University. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Administration from the University of Vaasa.
