Michael Daniels has a diverse work experience in the public and military sectors. Michael served as a Deputy Chief-Operations at the City of Las Cruces since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Battalion Chief/Paramedic at the same organization from July 2006 to January 2023. Michael also gained experience in the US Navy as an Aviation Ordnance Technician from October 2001 to June 2005.

Michael Daniels has a diverse education history in various fields. In 2011, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree from New Mexico State University, majoring in Individualized Studies with a minor in Business Administration and Community Health.
