Carlie Perez is an accomplished GIS professional with extensive experience in geospatial analysis and management. Currently serving as GIS Manager and previously as GIS Analyst for the City of Lawrenceville since December 2020, Carlie has honed skills in project management and report preparation. Prior roles include Geospatial Analyst at Davey Resource Group, Inc., where Carlie conducted QA/QC for electric networks, and GIS Technician at Southern Company, where responsibilities included updating geodatabases and training technicians. Early career experiences as Environmental Technician for the City of Griffin and as a Geography Supplemental Instructor at Valdosta State University laid a strong foundation in environmental analysis and education. Carlie holds a Bachelor's of Science in Geography from Valdosta State University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from St. John's College.
