Aubury Holmes

Aubury Holmes is currently serving as the Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Leander since September 2023. Prior experience includes a role as an Emergency Management Specialist at Williamson County from September 2007 to September 2023, where responsibilities involved emergency plan revisions, training for the Emergency Operations Center, and regional resource coordination. Additionally, Aubury held the position of Special Operations Lieutenant, overseeing emergency communications training and field operations deployments, and managed telecommunicators during various all-hazard incidents. The career began as a Telecommunications Officer, responsible for answering 911 calls and dispatching emergency services. Education includes studies at Grand Canyon University from 2019 to 2023 and continuing education in Project Management at Austin Community College from 2019 to 2020.
