Shaun Mulholland

Shaun Mulholland is a seasoned municipal leader with extensive experience in public administration. Currently serving as City Manager for the City of Lebanon, New Hampshire since January 2018, Shaun has previously held the position of Town Administrator for Allenstown, NH from August 2013 to January 2018. Prior to these roles, Shaun distinguished a career in law enforcement as Chief of Police for the Allenstown Police Department from 1995 to August 2013. Additionally, Shaun served in the US Army Reserves from October 1985 until retirement in April 2007, achieving the rank of Master Sergeant and participating in deployments to Bosnia and Iraq. Academically, Shaun holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, both from the University of New Hampshire.
