Carol Hounsell, CPA, CMA, serves as the Director of Finance for the City of Leduc since February 2011, leveraging expertise gained from previous experience as an Accountant at Fountain Tire from December 2009 to February 2011. Carol holds a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Designation obtained through the Certified Management Accountants of Alberta from 2010 to 2013 and possesses a University Certificate in Accounting from Athabasca University, completed from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, Carol earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Special Education and Teaching from Memorial University, Newfoundland and Labrador, between 1979 and 1985.
