Mike Roderer

Mike Roderer, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Finance at Senior Management Advisors, overseeing daily operations for a senior living portfolio comprising approximately 50 legal entities and managing a workforce of over 40 employees. With extensive experience in financial management, Roderer previously held significant roles at Validus Senior Living, where as Senior Vice President of Finance, substantial portfolio growth and revenue increases were achieved through strategic financial modeling and lender partnerships. Roderer's prior experience includes asset management positions at Ventas, Inc., Horizon Bay Retirement Living, and various financial analyst roles, demonstrating a strong background in real estate finance, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis. Roderer holds an MBA in Real Estate, Corporate Finance, and MIS from the University of Georgia and a BSBA in Accounting from The Ohio State University.
