Kirsten Anderson

Kirsten Anderson currently serves as the Director of Corporate Information Technology for the City of Leduc, a position held since September 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Enterprise Applications at the University of Alberta and Vice President of Digital Services & Innovation at Catholic Social Services of Alberta. Kirsten has also held several key positions at the City of Edmonton, including Program Manager for HR Business Solutions and Acting Director of Workforce Analytics and Business Solutions. Earlier career roles include Team Lead for HR Research, Statistics and Reporting, as well as Research Analyst positions at MacEwan University, Red River College, and the University of Manitoba. Kirsten holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Lethbridge.
