City of Lee's Summit
Tyler Sonne is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Lead Engineering Technician and Construction Project Manager for the City of Lee's Summit since January 2014. Prior roles include Senior Engineering Technician and Engineering Technician within the same organization. Previous experience at JSA Consulting Engineers/Land Surveyors, Inc. involved responsibilities as a CADD Draftsman/LSIT, focusing on historical research and AutoCAD Civil 3D. Tyler's career began as a Full Time Student/LTL Truck Driver while gaining technical skills as a Toolmaker/Machinist at companies such as Lou Rich, Hutchinson Technology, and Graco. Tyler holds multiple Associate in Applied Science degrees from Southeast Tech in Civil Engineering Technology, Land Surveying Technology, and Machine Tool Technology/Machinist.
