Rick Voutour

Richard Voutour is currently the Director of Veterans Services at the City of Leominster since August 2004. Prior to this role, Richard served in the United States Marine Corps from June 1981 to November 2004. Richard completed their high school education at Leominster High School from 1978 to 1981.
