Amanda Earl

Amanda Earl is an accomplished Animal Services Administrator with extensive experience in animal services and code enforcement. Currently serving as the Animal Services Administrator for the City of Lewisville since May 2019, Amanda oversees fiscal operations and supervises a team of fourteen employees, focusing on training, development, and performance reviews. Previous roles include Animal Services Operations Supervisor for the City of Grand Prairie and Animal Services Supervisor for the City of Hurst, where Amanda effectively managed employee performance and budget compliance. Additionally, experience includes serving as Manager of Medical Services at the SPCA of Texas and holding various code enforcement positions across several cities.
