Richard Luedke

Richard Luedke has extensive experience in urban planning and community development, currently serving as Planning Director for the City of Lewisville since February 2015, where previous title was Planning Manager. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Director of Community Development and Development Services Coordinator for the Town of Argyle from February 2009 to February 2015. Richard obtained a Master's degree in Urban Planning from Texas A&M University between 1991 and 1993 and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from the same institution from 1987 to 1991.
