Marlene Robles Ortiz

Marlene Robles Ortiz possesses a diverse background in education, library services, and customer service, currently working as a Library Assistant for the City of Lincoln, CA since May 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Daycare Teacher for the City of Roseville, where responsibilities encompassed child development and communication with parents, and as a Library Page, facilitating the organization of library materials. Additionally, Marlene served as an AmeriCorps Member with City Year, contributing to educational initiatives in urban communities, and held various positions in teaching Spanish to children and coordinating cultural events for the UC Davis campus. Marlene holds a Master's in Library and Information Science, a Master's in Spanish Language and Literature, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Spanish Language and Literature and Religion/Religious Studies from UC Davis.
