Ilona Turley

Ilona Turley has extensive experience in engineering and municipal project management, having served as Assistant Survey Program Manager for the City of Dallas from March 2005 to April 2020, where responsibilities included boundary research, project development, and crew management. Prior experiences include roles as a Construction Estimator at Tiseo Paving, Civil Engineering Technician at R-DELTA Engineers, Inc., and Government Funding and Distribution Coordinator for the Municipal Complex of Dunakeszi, Hungary. Currently, Ilona serves as Environmental Compliance Engineer and Civil Engineer for the City of Little Rock, focusing on compliance with stormwater regulations and the development of procedures for industrial discharge monitoring.
