Jonathan Burns

Jonathan Burns is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial management and information technology. Currently serving as the Enterprise Resources Planning Manager at the City of Little Rock since March 2017, Jonathan has held various roles including Business Application Analyst, Fiscal System Administrator, and Accountant. Prior to this, Jonathan worked as an Internal Auditor for the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration and as a Grain Warehouse Auditor for the Arkansas State Plant Board. Jonathan holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and an MBA from Webster University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
