Benedict Stuth is an experienced airport management and planning professional with a diverse background in aviation and urban planning. Currently serving as the Assistant Airport Manager for the City of Livermore since March 2023, Benedict previously held the position of Airport Manager for the County of Tuolumne from September 2014 to March 2023, overseeing operations and growth of the airport system. Benedict's experience includes roles as an Airport Planner II at RS&H, Airports Planner for the FAA, and Planning and Environmental Manager for the Monterey Peninsula Airport District. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Political Science from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Additional training in Geographic Information Systems was obtained through the Environmental Systems Research Institute.
