Mahin Shah

Mahin Shah is a seasoned program and project manager with extensive experience in municipal finance and operations. Currently serving as Program Manager for the City of Livermore, Mahin previously held the role of Special Projects Manager for the City of Pleasanton, where responsibilities included managing the Capital Improvement Plan and implementing new ERP modules. Earlier roles included Interim Finance Director and ERP Program Manager for the City of Stockton, where Mahin oversaw budget development, process improvements, and ERP implementation for HR, payroll, and finance. Mahin's career began in the business sector, with positions such as Business Manager at Toyota Town and Marketing Consultant at System Solutions. Mahin holds an MBA in Marketing from International University, Lahore, and a BA in Psychology from Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore.
