Neal Pann

Interim Building Code Appeals Board at City of Livermore

Neal Pann, AIA, LEED AP, currently serves as the Interim Building Code Appeals Board member for the City of Livermore while also contributing as a Historic Preservation Commissioner. Pann is a Project Manager at HKIT Architects, specializing in multifamily affordable and senior housing projects, and is the founder of Nth Power Studio, which includes initiatives like Apple for Architects. Prior experience encompasses roles at various architectural firms, including AC Martin and Dahlin Group Architecture Planning, and board memberships such as the Board of Directors for Livermore Downtown, Inc. Pann has co-hosted the Archispeak Podcast, sharing insights on the architecture profession, and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
