Devin Hiland

Devin Hiland is an experienced professional in the electrical and utilities field, currently serving as an Apprentice Lineman and Electric Metering Technician at the City of Lodi since July 2016. Previously, Devin worked as an Electric Meter Tech for the City of Palo Alto from July 2012 to July 2016, and served in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Boatswains Mate First Class from March 2007 to March 2015. Devin holds a degree from Northwest Lineman College, completing the Electrical Lineworker Program between 2019 and 2020, and attended the same college from 2015 to 2016 for further training in the field.
