Frank Huang

Frank Huang is an experienced transportation planner currently serving as the Assistant Transportation Planner for the City of Lodi since 2019. In this role, Frank assists with various administrative and operational duties, including project management, grant administration, federal reporting, public outreach, contract oversight, and data analysis. Frank's expertise encompasses transit operations oversight, FTA Triennial Review, transit ITS implementations, and federal/state grant management. Previously, Frank held positions as a Junior Transportation Planner and Transit Intern at HATCH Workshop, where grant writing and fundraising were key responsibilities. Frank began the professional journey with roles in photography and media at CP Mustang News and TEDxSanLuisObispo while studying at California Polytechnic State University, where a Bachelor's degree was earned.
