Luis Aguilar

Luis Aguilar currently serves as the Economic Development Director for the City of Lodi, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this, Luis held multiple roles including Economic Development Manager and Specialist at the City of Elk Grove from December 2017 to February 2024. Luis has also worked as an Economic Development Analyst and Operations Manager at the East Bay Economic Development Alliance from September 2013 to November 2017, and as a Donor Services Associate, Program Associate, and Program Assistant at the East Bay Community Foundation from September 2008 to September 2013. Education includes an ongoing Executive MPA in Public Administration from Golden Gate University (September 2022 - September 2024) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco (2004 - 2008).
