Todd Lewis

Todd Lewis has over three decades of experience in water services and engineering. Currently serving as a Water Services Technician for the City of Lodi since November 2012, Todd is responsible for asset management, technology implementation, and administering employee overtime and call-outs. Prior to this role, Todd worked for the City of San Jose from November 1988 to October 2012 as an Engineering Technician 2, where responsibilities included supervising multiple crews, managing a computerized maintenance management system, writing specifications for contracting jobs, and purchasing equipment for wastewater system operations. Todd is a graduate of Willow Glen High School, completing studies from 1980 to 1983.
