Heather McNeely

Heather McNeely has extensive experience in urban planning and development, serving since June 1989 with the City of London, Canada, in various roles including Director of Planning and Development, Manager of Current Planning, Manager of Development Services, and Senior Planner/Planner. Prior to this, Heather contributed as a Planner with the City of Mississauga from May 1988 to June 1989. Heather holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo, obtained between 1984 and 1988.
