Safeta Sertovic

Safeta Sertovic currently serves as the Coordinator of Digital Initiatives within the Planning and Economic Development department for the City of London, Canada, a role held since May 2018. Responsibilities include establishing objectives for the AMANDA platform, promoting a service-oriented culture, managing staff, and enhancing operational efficiencies through strategic program implementation. Prior experience includes positions at TD Canada Trust, where Safeta worked as an IT Business Analyst and IT Test/Quality Analyst from 2012 to 2018, and at Citi Cards Canada as a Business Control Specialist from 2006 to 2012. Safeta holds a B.A. in Economics from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Rijeka, Croatia, obtained between 1987 and 1992.
