Caitlin McMillan

Caitlin McMillan (Rubin) is a skilled professional with extensive experience in partnerships, education, and the arts. Currently serving as the Lead Partnerships & Programmes Officer at the City of London Corporation since February 2022, Caitlin previously held various roles at the London Connected Learning Centre, including Teaching and Learning Consultant - Creative Digital Lead and Technology Tutor.
