City of Long Beach
Nelson Kerr has been working as the Director of Environmental Health at the City of Long Beach since May 1993. Prior to that, Nelson was an EMT at Downey Community Hospital from September 1986 to May 1993. Nelson holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach, which Nelson earned from 2003 to 2005. Nelson also completed their prerequisites in General Education at Cerritos College from 1983 to 1986.
