Nicole Manesh

Nicole Manesh currently serves as the Sustainability Coordinator for the City of Longmont, where responsibilities include leading zero waste and circular economy initiatives aligned with the City’s Sustainability Plan and Climate Action Recommendations. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as an Outreach Specialist for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, developing outreach strategic plans and fostering public health partnerships. Experience also includes serving as the Community Outreach & Volunteer Coordinator at the Houston Food Bank, focusing on sustainable food systems and environmental education, as well as an Outreach & Research Intern at Citizens' Climate Lobby, where efforts centered on carbon fee advocacy. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Management, a Graduate Certificate in Energy and Sustainability from the University of Denver, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Baylor University.
