Sharon L.

Sharon L. has extensive experience in various administrative and human resources roles, currently serving as an Enterprise Resources Planning Business Analyst for the City of Longmont since September 2013. In this position, Sharon oversees budget management, personnel administration, and special projects. Previously, Sharon held roles including Human Resources Administrator and Human Resources Assistant, where responsibilities included recruitment support and managing Family Medical Leave processes. Additionally, Sharon is a singer with the Longmont Chorale since August 2023 and owned Fifth Level Connections from April 2014 to April 2022. Sharon's earlier experience includes administrative roles with the University of Colorado and the United States Department of Defense, along with a background in sound technology at DC Improv. Sharon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Design from the University of Maryland and a Certificate in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Front Range Community College.
