Franklin Wong

Franklin Wong possesses extensive experience in financial and project management roles across various prominent organizations. As Capital Improvement Projects Manager for the City of Los Altos, Franklin has overseen significant projects. Previously, Franklin served as Chief Financial Officer for the Transbay Joint Powers Authority and held various finance-related positions at VTA, including Deputy Director of Finance, Budget, and Program Management. Franklin's career also includes significant roles at BART, where responsibilities ranged from Group Manager to Principal Financial Analyst within the Planning, Development, and Construction departments. Additionally, prior experience includes positions as Senior Planner and Associate Planner at the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway, and Transportation District.
