Bob Blumenfield

Bob Blumenfield serves as a Councilmember for the City of Los Angeles since July 2013, representing the 3rd Council District, which includes communities such as Canoga Park, Reseda, and Tarzana in the San Fernando Valley. Prior to this role, Bob Blumenfield was an Assemblymember in the California State Assembly from December 2008 to July 2013, representing the 40th Assembly District, also located in the San Fernando Valley. Bob Blumenfield's career in public service began as a District Director for Congressman Howard L. Berman from January 2000 to December 2008. Bob Blumenfield holds a degree from Duke University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
