Guy Lipa

Guy Lipa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate investment, governance, and consulting. As a Founding Partner at Parallel Capital LLC since 2017, Lipa focuses on the rehabilitation of multi-family residential properties. Concurrently, Lipa serves as Principal at Lipa Consulting Group, addressing critical public and private sector challenges. In governance roles, Lipa is the Commission President for the Board of Civil Service Commissioners in Los Angeles and Board Chair for Holocaust Museum LA. Previous positions include Vice President of Development Services at California Landmark Group and Commissioner for the LAPD's Police Permit Review Panel. Lipa holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree from The George Washington University.
