Heather Hutt

Heather Hutt serves as a City Council Member for the 10th Council District of Los Angeles, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Hutt was the Chief of Staff for the 10th Council District starting in March 2022. In addition, Hutt has experience as a candidate for the 54th Assembly District, with prior candidacy in January 2021. Hutt has also acted as District Director in both the California State Senate and the California State Assembly from December 2013 to November 2016 and April 2011 to December 2014, respectively, focusing on legislative proposals, community outreach, and management of district staff and constituent casework. Hutt attended the University of Southern California from 1978 to 1980.
