Helene Rotolo

Helene Rotolo is an experienced public policy and administration professional currently serving as Deputy Chief of Staff for the City of Los Angeles since January 2017, with previous roles including Senior Deputy of Capital Projects and Field Deputy. Helene designed the Pit Stop Bathroom pilot program in response to a public health crisis and collaborated on budget assessments for temporary shelter projects. Prior experience includes a role as Housing Policy Intern in the Mayor's Office, where Helene monitored federal housing funding and coordinated with intergovernmental agencies. Earlier career highlights include leading marketing efforts for Runa and managing client relations at Force Brands. Helene holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from SUNY New Paltz.
