Jungmin L. is currently serving as the Deputy of Korean American Affairs for Council District 10 in the City of Los Angeles since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Program Administrator at the Center for Better Life and as a Koreatown Storytelling Program Intern at the Koreatown Youth and Community Center, where the focus was on intergenerational storytelling and addressing community inequities. Additionally, Jungmin worked as a Brand Relations Specialist at Tribaja.co and as a Freelance Copy Editor for various clients from 2018 to 2022. Earlier experience includes positions as a Campus News Reporter at 88.9 FM / KUCI Radio, an Arts & Entertainment Writer for The New University, and a Writing Support Center Tutor at Pasadena City College. Jungmin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literary Journalism from UC Irvine and a high school diploma from La Cañada High School.
