Prior experience includes significant tenure at Marathon Staffing Group, where Nicole held titles of Director of Operations and Director of Professional Staffing, leading the strategy and growth of Direct Hire and Contract placements for Engineering and IT professionals nationwide. Nicole's career began at Fleet Bank as a Branch Manager, focusing on business development, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance.
