Peter Cutrumbes

Peter Cutrumbes is an experienced urban planner and legislative professional currently serving as the Assistant City Planner for the City of Lowell since October 2023. In this role, Peter administers various boards and commissions, guides housing development projects through approval processes, and has a background in legislative affairs as the Legislative Director for Commonwealth of Massachusetts from December 2022 to October 2023. Previous roles include two stints as Assistant City Planner at the City of Lowell, an Administrative Assistant in the City Manager's Office, and positions as Legislative Aide and Intern in the Massachusetts legislative body. Peter holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government, both from Suffolk University.
